Assist Resourcing is currently recruiting Machine Operatives to work for our client in Wigan, who is a leading supplier of paper products.
Previous experience in a role like this is preferable.
Hours of Work as a Machine Operative:
This opportunity requires working Monday to Friday across a selection of shift times:
- Monday to Thursday working
- 07:00 - 16:40
- Friday
- 08:00 - 12:00
The responsibilities of being a Machine Operative:
Working on a production line you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and running various machines (including FLT's and Clamp Trucks)
- Maintaining machines
- Ensuring papework is completed in full and on time
- Use of handheld tools
- Completion of safety inspection sheets
- Adhering to health & safety requirements at all times
